Day 1 - March 11th 2024

Today was my very first day at work, starting with a friendly greeting from John Redmond. We both said hi, and then he kindly showed me around the building.
When we got to my desk, I found a paper with instructions since Lisa, my supervisor, wasn't there today.

My task was to put numbers on papers of a legal case from 1 to 305. It was kinda easy, but some papers already had numbers, which confused me a bit. After that, I carefully copied them all four times, making each set look neat. I also had to split every bunch of 305 pages into 19 smaller groups and put a paperclip on each.
Sadly, I ran out of time and couldn't finish that part before going home.

I took a break from 1 PM to 2 PM, during which I read about the legal case (not everything, though!), which was interesting and made the break go by fast. John didn't give me many rules for tomorrow; I just have to keep doing what I did today. He mentioned that Lisa will tell me more tomorrow.

After work, I decided to walk around the City of Dublin. I took some pictures, enjoyed myself with a nice cold drink, and chilling in the city. When I got home, I showered, chatted with the family, and had dinner with Silvana. We had steak, mashed potatoes, and carrots for dinner, and it was really tasty.
Since we got home later, everyone else had already eaten. After dinner, I watched a show on Netflix, talked with other students, and asked about how their day went before going to bed. That was my first day can not wait for the next day!
