Today was a workday, and it is very repetitive work, but I was told by my supervisor, Steve Hamakando, that I was going to do some new work the next workday, which is today. I was going to do some staging for devices and then go work upstairs with another team. However, when I arrived at work this morning, my team and I were told to scan phone boxes, put SIM cards in the correct phone boxes, and configure company phones, which is what I have done every workday since my arrival.
Steve told me that I was supposed to work with the staging team, but he had not received the information needed to do the staging. He said that he would try to arrange it for us after lunch. So I continued scanning phone boxes and configuring company phones until it was lunchtime. I went to Lidl and bought the essentials, and I did not eat or drink anything because I am fasting for religious reasons.
After the lunch break, I went back to my workspace expecting to do some staging, but I received more phones to configure for the company. Steve never mentioned the new work again, so I just continued configuring the company phones until I was done at 4:30.
I took the bus back home and broke my fast with a date, an apple, rice pudding, protein yoghurt and water. Before going to the gym, I ate dinner because our host family does not like having dinner late, so Anyck and I ate before I left. Anyck didn't come with me today to the gym haha.
Today was a pull day, so I destroyed the muscles and finished the session with 30 minutes of cardio.
I came back home at around 22:00, ate a lot of food, brushed my teeth, did my duties, and now I am writing this blog before going to bed. By the way, I am still hungry. Everytime I eat I think about my next meal after finishing, crazy right?
