Day 11 - March 4th 2026

Today I went into work in the morning and I arrived around 10am. Today was very busy because many clients came to visit the museum I work at. I helped them during my entire shift and it was surprisingly fun. A lot of people were laughing at the photos i took of them and that made me happy too. I welcomed them at the entrance, completed their payment and gave them a short introduction before they went inside. I think I did a good job today. The day passed very fast and I didn’t even feel tired (not lying at all…).

After work I went out with my friend Amina from 6IHL. We decided to eat pasta because we were both hungry after my shift. The pasta was very good and it felt nice to wind down after work. After that, we went to get dessert. Amina got a dubai chocolate bubble waffle and I got a dubai chocolate sundae. It was really good but I couldn’t finish mine because my teeth were hurting from the cold ice cream. There goes my €10…

Later we took a bus to a bridge that Amina saw on tiktok. It was supposed to be lit up at night but unfortunately it wasn’t. Apparently Dublin is saving electricity so the lights were off. That was a bit disappointing. When we got off the bus we saw the red moon. It was sooo beautiful. I took many photos and videos and it felt unreal.

Then it hit me that we only have 2 days left in Dublin. That really ruined my mood. I don’t want to go back to Belgium. I love it here so much and I’m sad that this is almost over. I was just starting to feel like a local >:(
