Saying goodbye to the city.

I woke up around 6 a.m., got ready, and ate cornflakes for breakfast. After breakfast, I left to catch the bus. I felt more excited than on the other days, probably because it was the last day or because a podcast was being filmed today.
When I arrived at work, I went to my office and started working on some tedious tasks. However, when my supervisor came in, he said I needed to relocate to the café because of the podcast. This felt nostalgic, as I was also working in the café on my first day. That was kind of fitting, don’t you think? The reason I needed to relocate was that the guest would be arriving in 10 minutes. The guest was Jonathan McCrea, who is the founder of Whipsmart and SCI:COM.
Although I found it unfortunate that I couldn’t follow the podcast, I started working again in the café. While I was working, I reached the limit of connection requests I could send. After thinking for a while, I decided to work on something from the previous week so I could keep myself busy.
After that, I had my lunch break. I ate some pretzels and drank a Coke while watching some YouTube videos. When my break finished, I got back to work. I was allowed to leave early because of the goodbye meeting with ADC College. Unfortunately, I had to follow this meeting on the bus because it was delayed.
After I got off the bus, I walked around Dublin for a bit to say goodbye to the city. While I was walking, a guy came up to me and asked if I wanted to go to church on Sunday. I was really confused about why he would ask a random person. I obviously said no, for more than one reason.
I also went to the National Gallery of Ireland, which closes at around 17:30, so I thought I still had 30 minutes. However, the person at the door told me that they start closing the galleries around 17:15. I said that I wanted to see some paintings, and he sent me to the third floor. There were some amazing paintings. It’s just a bit sad that I didn’t have more time to enjoy the other forms of art that were there.
After this, I went home, ate some more pretzels, watched Vinland Saga, and tried to fix a bike, but I failed. Then I woke up my roommate, who was sleeping for absolutely no reason. He was a bit annoyed, but I thought it was funny. After that, we talked a bit about our days. Then we started watching a film together, until Ermal suddenly started screaming my name. Apparently, the father of one of the Italian guys wanted to watch football on DAZN, so we couldn’t keep watching.
I then asked my father for the password, but he didn’t know it and wasn’t at home. Fortunately, I found an easy solution. I called my dad for the first time during this experience, told him that I had sent a reset link, and asked him to reset the DAZN password so we could watch Napoli. During the game we probably will have dinner. When the game is finished, I will go to sleep.
