Day 3 – Februari 19th 2025

Today, my workday started early. At 8 AM, I took the bus to work, and by 9 AM, I got started. The first task of the day was updating WordPress, but unfortunately, it didn’t go as planned. Despite multiple attempts and using AI tools to find possible solutions, the update kept failing. Sometimes, technology seems to work against you rather than with you, which can be pretty frustrating.

After a few failed attempts, I decided to take a break and grab a sandwich around 12 PM. Taking some time to step away often helps bring a fresh perspective when returning to work.

In the afternoon, I started a new task: building a website with HTML. I work together with Juul and Louis, and for this project, we had to use AI for everything. AI tools helped us write the HTML code, generate CSS styles, and even come up with content. It was interesting to see how AI could speed up and improve the process, but we also noticed that it’s not always perfect. Sometimes, we still had to manually adjust things to get them just right.

By 5 PM, the workday was over, but instead of going straight home, Juul, Louis, and I decided to stop by the store to grab some snacks. After a long day of working with AI, we definitely deserved it.

Despite the technical struggles in the morning, it turned out to be a valuable learning experience. AI is becoming an essential part of web development, and it’s exciting to see how it can be used. On to the next challenge!
