Since I arrived in Dublin, Ireland, I have been following the same routine.
First, I wake up to Nina's alarm and try to get her out of bed. This always happens at 6:30. Then, I fall back asleep and wake up an hour later than Nina, by which time she has already left the house for her internship.
I start my morning by opening the window and thanking the Lord for waking me up on this beautiful morning. Then, I read a Bible verse; today's verse was Jeremiah 1:8: 'And do not be afraid of them, for I am with you to deliver you, declares the Lord.'
Afterward, I get ready to leave for work. For the first time, I was the first person at the office, which felt weird but at least I was on time. At the office, I work with Silvana. Normally, we do the same thing repeatedly, but today we were given a different task so we wouldn't get bored.
Also, we can choose the time for lunch; normally we take it at 12, but I was so focused on my Bible study that we took a break at 1 pm. Next to the office, there is a lovely coffee shop, a typically modern Irish coffee shop, so cute. Since Silvana is fasting for Ramadan, I had lunch alone, but she sat with me so that was fine.
We finished work as usual at 5 pm, which was nice. Our colleagues were preparing for St. Patrick's Day with some Heineken beer and watching a game; we had so much fun together and had an amazing conversation about how they cannot tan in the summer, which was funny.
The girls and I organized a dinner after work because we hadn't seen each other since last Sunday. Jessica met me first at Starbucks College Green. While we were walking to Abbey Street to meet Shahd and Sidra, we also waited for Ruth. After that, we went to Beauty & Beef. Later on, Silvana joined us as well, and we had a lovely dinner among the girls before we all went home.
