Day 7 - Februari 23rd 2025

This morning started early; I woke up at 8 AM, took a refreshing shower, and then had my breakfast. By 10 AM, we had to get ready to leave our host family's house. Together with Rune, Louis, Elias, and Gilian, I headed into the city to grab a coffee.

After enjoying a delicious cup of coffee, we decided to have lunch at Bambinos, a fantastic pizzeria nearby. The pizza was amazing and gave us plenty of energy for the rest of the day. We took our time enjoying the meal, chatting about our plans, and soaking in the lively atmosphere of the city. After lunch, we headed to the station to take the Dart to Howth. On the way, we unexpectedly ran into Mr. Van De Walle and Mrs. Rosswaag, which was a pleasant surprise! We had a brief chat with them before continuing on our journey.

Upon arriving in Howth, we started a breathtaking 6-kilometer cliff walk. The hike offered stunning views of the sea and the impressive cliffs. The fresh sea breeze, combined with the warm sunshine, made it a truly enjoyable experience. Along the way, we stopped to take pictures, admire the waves crashing against the rocks, and even spotted some seabirds soaring above us. It was a fantastic experience to immerse ourselves in nature and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

As we made our way back, we realized that we had missed our bus. The reason? Gilian had been stuck in the restroom for ten minutes! Because of this, we had no choice but to take a taxi back. Although it was an unexpected expense, it led to some funny conversations and jokes about time management. Despite this small setback, it was a day to remember.

When we arrived home, we enjoyed a cozy meal together, sharing stories from the day and reflecting on our favorite moments. After dinner, we decided to wind down with a fun game, which led to plenty of laughter and friendly competition. Eventually, we crawled into bed, tired but satisfied, ready for another day full of adventure!
