Day 7 - Februari 23rd 2025

Today, I slept in and had a good breakfast in the morning. After that, we went to the city, which is quite far from where we stay. When we arrived, we visited many shopping centers, but since everything here is more expensive than in Belgium, we didn’t buy any clothes—it would have been a waste of money. I almost bought a thin jacket that was on sale, but I couldn’t decide.

After walking around all day, Sam and I got hungry, so we went to an all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant with two other students. We ate a lot of delicious food for only €13. We also stayed there for a long time, about two hours.

After that, we quickly went to Primark because I needed more socks—I didn’t bring enough. Then we struggled to find the right tram to go home. I had to change trams, and that always makes me a bit stressed. But in the end, I made it and had to walk another 20 minutes home.

When I got back, I played a card game with the boys for a bit, and then I went to sleep. Tomorrow, I have to wake up early for work!
