Day 9 - Februari 25th 2025

I woke up around 6:40 and brushed my teeth.
After that, I went downstairs to have breakfast. Every morning I eat the same thing, so I just had my usual breakfast: cornflakes with milk and a slice of toast.

After that, I got on the tram and went to work. As always, the journey took almost 80 minutes because my workplace is far from my host family's house. At my job, I did simple tasks. I shredded some paper and performed a few accounting tasks. The rest of the day passed quietly and quickly.

After work, I got back on the tram and traveled home. The journey took 80 minutes again. First, I had to walk for half an hour and then sit in the tram for 50 minutes. Once home, I took a warm shower to relax.
After showering, I sat in the kitchen and waited for dinner. The food was fish with some vegetables. I give the food a 6 out of 10 because I don't really like the combination.

After dinner, I went upstairs and played a card game with my friends. The game is called Whippen and is very fun to play. At the beginning, you hope for good cards, but as the game progresses, you have to be smart and remember well which cards have already been played. When we got bored, we went outside to play soccer on the street. We stood in a circle and tried to keep the ball in the air so it wouldn't touch the ground. This was enjoyable and provided a nice challenge.

I'm not going to lie: Dublin is nice in itself, but I wouldn't want to live there. The food is too expensive and I miss my home routine. Today was a bit boring, but that's understandable. It was a weekday when I worked.
