Day 9 - March 22nd 2024

On the final day of my internship, my alarm woke me at 7:30 AM, starting with my morning routine before heading out around 8:15 AM. My work in the morning started at 9 AM and finished at 2 PM, during which I wrapped up all tasks that were left over, including invoicing, composing emails, and paperwork.

To my suprise, my manager gave me a card expressing her gratitude for my contributions during my time as an intern. With some time left before heading home, I went on a 30-minute walk through the big dunes near my guest family's house, which was even better due to the weather today being great.

When I came back home I joined the meeting with ADC College to reflect on our internship experiences in Dublin
After the short meeting me and Jens treated ourselves to a big Domino's Pizza (we got pepperoni in case you're wondering).

Later in the evening, I tried Irish Coddle for the very first time which was a great dish that included potato's, carrots, sausage and minced meat, following the Irish coddle we also had some ice cream for dessert. Then after our dinner I packed my luggage in preparation for going back to Belgium. For the last time in this internship we went into Dublin's city center for one last time and shopped a little bit and explored some more. I had a really great time in Dublin!
