Weekend - 28th Februari & March 1st 2026

On saturday afternoon we had to go on a photo hunt all around Dublin. We walked to 5 different places to take pictures. We actually passed the place I have to work at. I found out that there was actually a park nearby. Maybe I will spend one of my lunch breaks there. We ended up in second place. The winners won key chains and some type of candy which had whiskey in it.

It was fun, but I was feeling sick, so it was very difficult for me.

When we took the bus to go back, the bus driver did not stop at our stop which was very surprising. We pressed the stop button multiple times and even called to the driver, but he didn’t stop.

After that, I went straight home to my host family where I stayed in bed all evening and watched show and rested.

The next day, I woke up around 10 in the morning. I stayed in bed for a time watching my show until my roommate woke up. She was hungry, so we went to a nearby shopping center to buy food. When we left the Lidl with a bag of food it started raining which was not surprising.

On the way back the bus was completely empty.

After eating a little, we went back to bed. I almost fell asleep again until my roommate woke me up for dinner. We ate stew, but seeing how tired I was and we didn’t eat too long ago I was not hungry so I ate very little. Then I cleaned up our room and organized my things all around.

Even though I was sick and the bus ride was frustrating I was glad it was weekend and had some time to myself and to rest.
